Founder & Chief Career Strategist, CueClarity
Sunil Kumar Panda is a seasoned career consultant and mentor with over a decade of experience in guiding students and professionals toward fulfilling career paths. His journey began with mentoring engineering students, focusing on profile building and skill enhancement. Recognising the broader needs of learners, he transitioned into the test preparation industry, where he provided counsel and mentorship for various government examinations, including Defence, Banking, Railway, SSC, and others.
Expanding his expertise, Sunil guided numerous students and professionals through MBA and Master’s entrance exam preparations, facilitating their admissions into top-tier institutes across India. His passion for education led him to explore international education, where he has counselled over 5,000 secondary and higher secondary students across more than 21 countries. He has also mentored students from diverse backgrounds, guiding them for undergraduate admissions in Law, Management, Sports, and various other unique career domains.
How was CueClarity formed?
The Beginning of CueClarity
CueClarity was born out of a deep-rooted desire to make clarity and purpose accessible to everyone, especially during life's most pivotal moments. Our founders, with years of expertise in education, career counselling, and personal development, recognised a common issue: too many individuals were navigating the complex waters of career choices, life transitions, and personal growth without the proper guidance and clarity.
